Family:Whitney, Walter L. (c1865-1901)

Walter L.⁹ Whitney (Gilbert H.⁸, Lewis Jones⁷, Jabez⁶, Jacob⁵, Jonas⁴, Eleazar³, Thomas², John¹), son of Gilbert H.⁸ and Helen Mar (Woods) Whitney, was born about 1855, Athol, MA, and died 2 Dec 1901, Athol, MA, aged 36 years 3 months 5 days, of suicide, shot through heart.^[1]

He married, 2 Aug 1887, Athol, MA, Jennie B. Moore.^[2] She was born Mar 1868, MA, and died after 1900.
